Cadillac Mountain

Cadillac Mountain, with a height of 1530 feet, is the tallest mountain on the east coast. Between October and March, Cadillac sees the earliest sunrise in the country. In the summer, you can expect sunrise between 4:30am and 5:30am. Sunset is also a popular time to appreciate the view. Check exact sunrise/sunset times.

The only restrooms on Cadillac Mountain are in the Eco Store.

Cadillac Mountain Eco Store

Stop in at the Cadillac Mountain Eco Store. It offers only merchandise with serious eco-friendly aspects. T-shirts are made of organic cotton or recycled milk jugs; jewelry features reclaimed sea glass; ornaments are made of salvaged wood; postcards and notecards are printed on recycled paper; other products are made of recycled. reclaimed, recyclable, or salvaged material. All merchandise is in recycled packaging or sold without any packaging at all. Come on in and find a meaningful, earth friendly memento of your trip.

The shop also offers snacks, some grab and go food, fountain drinks and coffee. We’re open until sunset, so stop in and enjoy a hot beverage as the sun goes down.

Hours of Operation
We are closed for the season, but will reopen May 2020.
